How long does delivery take?

All our products are handcrafted to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks from order to delivery. We'll keep you updated throughout.

Do you offer bespoke or custom sizes?

Yes — we love a custom project. Contact us at ryan@inwoodsolutions.co.uk with your requirements and we'll provide a personal quote.

What timber do you use?

We use sustainably sourced, kiln-dried timber including but not limited to, birch plywood, larch, macrocarpa, and, oak reclaimed timber, All materials are selected for durability and natural beauty.

Do you offer installation?

Yes. Installation for stock products like our garden swing bench starts at £150. Custom projects include a personal delivery and installation quote.

What are your delivery charges?

We offer free delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses, regardless of size or weight. Standard items are shipped via DPD UK or Royal Mail, and large/heavy items are delivered via specialist courier with careful handling to your door.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunally as all products are made to order we are unable to offer returns. However we may be able to offer a exchange, please contact us before purchasing if you have any questions. See our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I care for my furniture?

We recommend treating outdoor pieces annually with a quality wood oil or preservative to maintain their natural beauty and longevity. Indoor pieces can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
