Shipping policy

All our furniture is handcrafted to order in our workshop in Cornwall. Please allow 1–2 weeks for your item to be made and prepared for delivery.

Standard items (smaller products such as sensory boards and indoor furniture) are shipped via DPD UK or Royal Mail to all UK mainland addresses.

Large/heavy items (garden benches, swing seats, and large furniture) are delivered via our specialist courier service at a flat rate of £165.00. Delivery includes careful handling appropriate for large handcrafted pieces.

Free delivery is available on all orders over £375, This includes large/heavy items delivered via our specialist courier service. For orders below this threshold, delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Our Installation costs for our stock products start at £150 plus the large item delivery charge.

Delivery & installation of custom built projects will be priced in your personal quote.
