Handcrafted to Order Every piece from Inwood Solutions is handcrafted to order in our workshop in Cornwall. Please allow 1–2 weeks from the date of your order for production and delivery. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on complexity and courier availability.

Standard Items Sensory boards and smaller indoor products are shipped via DPD UK or Royal Mail to all UK mainland addresses.

Large & Heavy Items Garden benches, swing seats, and large furniture are delivered via a specialist courier with careful handling to your door.

Free Delivery We're pleased to offer free delivery on all orders to UK mainland addresses, regardless of order size or weight.

Installation Available from £150. Custom projects are quoted individually — contact us for a personal quote.

Delivery Area We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Contact us before ordering if you're outside the UK mainland.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Inspect large items before signing for delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours. All issues resolved at no cost to you.
